Overview:

Game Show Battle Rooms is an entertainment venue that brings groups together for interactive game show experiences. The 3,500-square-foot space features two custom arenas equipped with dynamic lighting, acoustical systems, and large AV packages. Guests enter through a lobby with a small bar for refreshments and check-in, plus a catering-friendly kitchen for small bites. A spacious conference room accommodates larger parties or special gatherings.

Project Goals:

Create an immersive setting for game show events such as Plinko, Trivia, and family feud–style challenges
Provide a lobby and bar area suited for group arrival and beverage purchases
Incorporate a compact kitchen that supports light food options for private events
Include a party conference room for catered gatherings or corporate outings
Integrate visual and acoustic elements that support multiple game show formats

Design and Implementation:

Layout / Structural Changes:
The venue’s plan revolves around two main arenas for different game show activities. A welcoming lobby and bar area sits at the entry, supported by a kitchen for quick-service items. The conference room offers a dedicated space for hosted parties or business-related gatherings.
Materials and Finishes:
Selections include carpeting, LVT flooring, and carefully chosen paint schemes. Acoustic treatments were introduced to control sound levels. Branding elements were placed in prominent locations, and a distinctive entrance piece was developed to anchor the venue’s identity in the community.

Key Elements:
Each arena has multiple game show options, complete with scoreboards, game tables, and large display screens. Lighting and AV systems were a priority, offering engaging effects for participants.

Challenges:

Coordinating acoustics with an active gaming space
Incorporating multiple technology components, including large displays, lighting, and sound systems
Balancing a lively atmosphere with comfortable circulation for guests
Aligning brand identity and signage within the overall design

Outcome:

Game Show Battle Rooms now provides a vibrant space for guests to experience a variety of game show–themed activities. The design supports seamless transitions from check-in and refreshments to active gameplay. Each arena’s layout and finishes elevate the excitement of shows like trivia challenges or classic quiz segments. The overall result is an entertainment venue that welcomes families, friends, and corporate groups for memorable events.
